Please check your assigned poster number and location. You must set up your poster on February 17, 2025, between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM, following the designated position and number.

πŸ“Œ Voting Process:

During the summer school, participants will receive one sticker each to vote for the best poster. Voting will close at 1:00 PM on Thursday, February 20, 2025.

πŸ“Œ Poster Removal:

Please collect your poster between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM on Friday, February 21, 2025.

πŸ“Œ Important Notes:
βœ… You must print and bring your own poster for the presentation.
βœ… The required poster size is A1 (60 x 85 cm, portrait orientation)
βœ… Please bring a hard copy of your passport and travel tickets (if applicable) with your signature for verification.
